The doors have opened at a brand new luxury housing development in Renfrew.

Aimed at those buying by themselves, first-time buyers and people looking to downsize, the range of two-bedroom apartments at Quayside, Ferry Village in Renfrew is the first development by Living by Robertson.

Renfrewshire Council housing convener Marie McGurk cut the ribbon for the new showhome opening while ward councillors Lisa- Marie Hughes, Bill Brown and Jane Strang all attended the opening to welcome Living by Robertson to Renfrewshire.

Councillor Marie McGurk said: “I was delighted to be invited to help open this new housing development.

“Increasing the supply of new housing, and making sure it is built in the right places, is a key priority for the council.

“We know Renfrewshire has a huge amount to offer as a place to live, and the fact private housebuilders are keen to invest here shows they share that view.

“The new residents at this development in Ferry Village will find great transport links and top-class leisure facilities on their doorsteps, with all the attractions of our other town centres within easy reach.”

Managing director of Living by Robertson, Martin Findlay, added: “This is an extremely exciting milestone for Living as we prepare to launch our first development.

“Quayside at Ferry Village is a fantastic riverside setting. Buyers can choose from three, distinct styles with quality finishes and materials. The apartments can also be customised to buyers’ own specification with quality extras.

“Our doors are now open and we look forward to welcoming anyone keen to live in this enviable location on the revitalised Clyde.

“Quayside at Ferry Village offers the best in waterside living. It is within easy commuting distance of Glasgow and a short walk from Braehead’s shops, restaurants and entertainment.”

Prices at Quayside at Ferry Village start from £132,995.
