Defence lawyer Jonathan Manson admitted his client’s life was in tatters due to his behaviour.

He said: “This has had dire consequences for Mr Clark.

“He was doing training as a specialised paralegal.

“The likelihood of him obtaining a job as a paralegal or a legal career is at an end.”

Clark, of Glasgow, has been ordered to keep away from his victim for six months. The last meeting of the year of Ralston Community Council will take place on Thursday, in Ralston Community Centre at 7.30pm.

On the agenda are a police report, reports from local councillors, minutes of the previous meeting, the secretary’s report, and the treasurer’s report.

In the festive spirit, the meeting will end earlier than usual for drinks and nibbles.
