A TV production company has put out a casting call for Renfrewshire families to star in Channel 4 TV show Tricks Of The Restaurant Trade.

Specifically, casting agents are looking for ‘ fun and opinionated’ families with youngsters between the ages of seven and 18 years old.

The casting company’s brief for top Renfrewshire telly talent says: “Are you a family who’s up for foodbased challenges? Do you enjoy eating out and ordering in? Could your household represent the nation’s taste buds?”.

If you’re interested in applying, you’re encouraged to contact television production company Betty at [email protected] or on 0141 440 6758.

Tricks Of The Restaurant Trade, which is described as ‘The Inside Guide to Eating Out’, first aired in January 2016.

Featuring the likes of Simon Rimmer, Kate Quilton and Adam Pearson, the show aims to investigate how families can get the best possible experience when dining out.
