A mum is hoping to change the lives of other women by encouraging them to enjoy a healthy lifestyle throughout their pregnancies.

Lynsey Cowen is 23 weeks pregnant and is determined to help mothers-to-be feel as great as they can.

The 28-year-old already has two other children and insists that because of eating healthy she has noticed a considerable difference in how she feels third time around.

Lynsey, who is a Slimming World consultant, is hoping to champion women across Renfrewshire to sign up and follow the plan throughout their pregnancy and beyond.
