Recent applications for planning permission made to the local authority include:

 Works to various trees including felling, pruning and crown lifting at Ardgryffe Park, Ardgryfe Crescent, Houston

 Erection of a two-storey extension to the side of 1 French Street, Renfrew

 Re-roofing of extension to the side of Glengarry, Torr Road, Bridge of Weir

 Erection of a one-and-a-half-storey extension to the front and rear and enlargement of existing dormers to the front and rear of 10 Stanley Lane, Brookfield

 Erection of a single-storey extension and decking to the rear of 37 South Mound, Houston

 Change of use of former police station to dwellinghouse and formation of car parking spaces at 5 Dunlop Street, Linwood

 Removal of two silver birch, pruning of two sycamore and reduction of conifers at 19 Limeview Road, Paisley

 Erection of a single-storey extension to the rear of 10 Forge Crescent, Bishopton

 Installation of a flue to the rear of 274 Main Road, Elderslie
