Saints supporters dig deep to help Erskine

Paisley’s Police Scotland Youth Volunteers braved the wind and rain to raise hundreds of pounds for the Erskine veterans charity.

The dedicated youngsters weren’t put off by the horrendous weather as they helped collect £400 at St Mirren’s clash with Livingston on Saturday.

Supporters were in generous festive mood as they watched their side secure a 3-3 draw against the West Lothian outfit.

Erskine prov i d e s support to veterans in Scotland, through four care homes and a Veterans Village.

It requires £ 1 million a year in donations to maintain its services.
