Ng for you

- Neilston are just three points behind Renfrew in the table and have three games in hand after their 1-0 victory

Neilston’s impressive away form has also seen them reach the fifth round of the Scottish Junior Cup after a stunning 3-1 away win over Lochee United the previous weekend.

Their reward is another trip on the road to face Premiership strugglers Kirkintilloch Rob Roy next month.

Cameron added: “They’re sitting bottom of the table just now and they’ve got just one win in 13 games.

“We’ve both avoided the big guns so we’re happy and they’re probably happy to be facing a team in the division below as well.

“It’s an away game but they groundshare with Cumbernauld so we’ve played there before and the surface is excellent.

“The away form has been great so we’re not afraid of going there and getting another big result.”

It wasn’t vintage Neilston but we got the job done and I think we deserved all three points overall. The weather was absolutley dire. Conditions were atrocious
