Two hurt in crash needed medics
A man and a woman were taken to hospital for checks to minor injuries after a road smash yesterday.
Three vehicles were involved in the incident on Glasgow Road, Barrhead.
It was sealed off for a short time while debris was cleared and damaged cars moved away.
The incident around 9.20am also provoked an emergency response from fire and ambulance teams.
Sergeant Michael Morgenthaler said: “There were no serious injuries.
“One female and one male were taken to hospital for precautionary check-ups.”
