Last-gasp goal was ‘gutting’

-

Inverness striker Miles Storey admits St Mirren’s last-gasp Scottish Cup winner was a “real sucker punch”.

The clock had almost ticked down to extra-time on Friday night before Marcus Fraser popped up with a dramatic winner at the death.

Fo rme r A b e r d e e n forward Storey believes the cracking cup tie would have been great on the eye for spectators, but couldn’t hide his disappointment at ending up on the losing side.

He said: “It was a real sucker punch at the end. The game could have gone either way if I am honest.
