Primark reveals opening plans
Primark in Braehead is preparing to welcome customers back on Monday, but says it will not be resuming round-the-clock opening hours it launched in December.
The outlet at the Intu shopping centre opened its doors for an incredible 36 hours when it reopened following the last lockdown before Christmas.
But bosses have revealed they will not be doing the same again.
The budget clothing store - which was closed alongside all other non- essential shops on December 24 - will reopen at Braehead at 8am on Monday and close at 9pm.
On Tuesday, it will open 9am to 9pm.
A spokesperson said: “We are really looking forward to welcoming customers back to our stores in Scotland on the provisional reopening date of April 26.
“As always, safety remains our top priority and we will continue to have extensive safety measures in place to help ensure that our employees and customers can return to Primark with confidence.”
