Budding political activists are being urged to find out more about the Scottish Youth Parliament.

An information session about the parliament and its responsibilities will be held tomorrow.

The online event will see existing members talk about their roles, how to stand for the parliament and what it is like to represent Scotland’s young people.

The youth parliament is made up of around 166 democratically- elected representatives aged 14 to 25 from across the country.
