Brandon makes his exit
St Mirren defender Brandon Mason has confirmed he is leaving the club now the 2020/21 season has drawn to a close.
The on-loan Coventry City full-back made a big impact when he arrived in Paisley, playing in 11 games from November through to January.
He has only featured once since then though, a substitute appearance against Inverness Caley Thistle in the Scottish Cup last month. He has announced on social media he would be leaving the Buddies following their final game with Dundee United.
Posting on Twitter, he said:
“My time has come to an end at St Mirren.
“Things didn’t turn out how I would have wanted, but I’m grateful to the club for the opportunity.
“It’s been a pleasure to work with some great people throughout the club.
“I wish the club every success in the future!”
