New business magazine launches in town
A new glossy magazine promoting businesses in Paisley town centre will be dropping through letterboxes across Renfrewshire soon.
Love Paisley is being produced by Paisley First, the business improvement district tasked with revitalising the town centre.
There will be three editions a year distributed to households across Renfrewshire.
Chair of Paisley First, Colette Cardosi, said: “We have so many amazing businesses spread throughout the town centre, many of them independently and family run.
“This new magazine is the perfect way to help shine a spotlight on them all.
“We have a great mix of retail, food and drink venues, and health, hair and beauty salons as well as a variety of sports and fitness businesses and professional services too.
“Every edition will focus on what’s on offer in the town.
“We hope you enjoy reading it as much as we enjoyed putting it together.”
Paisley First teamed up with Mill Magazine to produce the first issue.
The magazine includes a guide to the town centre’s food and drink scene as well as the latest from independent fashion and childrenswear retailers.
There’s information on the Pace Exchange theatre and Paisley Museum projects, as well as details of classes and activities people can do in Paisley.
The magazine also has details on Paisley First’s interactive Bricklive Animal Paradise trail which is heading to the town in time for the school summer holidays.
From Saturday, June 26 until Sunday, August 15, a series of 15 Lego models will be on display around the town centre showcasing endangered animals from around the globe.
