Health survey

People in Renfrewshire with experience in discussing health care plans for themselves or a loved one are being asked to take part in a NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde survey.

The health board is carrying out the survey as part of its ambitions in the NHSGGC Healthcare Quality Strategy: Pursuing Excellence (2019) a set of core principles for person centred care planning.

Views and experiences of people who have been involved in planning care are needed to help improve the framework currently in place.

A NHSGGC spokesperson said: “We would like to invite people to complete a short survey to share their experiences, reflections, thoughts and ideas to help inform learning and development.”

The survey should take approximately ten minutes to complete.
