- SHERWOOD GREENLAW CHURCH

We are an open, friendly Christian fellowship in the east end of Paisley.

Our services are available in the church building and also online on our YouTube channel and our Facebook pages.

Tomorrow, our service is at 11am and will be led by our Minister Rev John Murning.

If you would like to attend one of our services in church, we would ask you to telephone the church office on a Thursday or Friday in advance, between 10am and noon. The number is 07591 510760.

We work in a very covid-secure manner – you will be asked to wear a mask, and we have social distancing and one way systems in operation.

On Saturday, June 12 we shall be having a plant sale in the church grounds.

There will be indoor and outdoor plants for sale and we shall also be selling some of our wonderful home baking - again in a covid-secure manner.

While we are aware that many people will be looking forward to returning to church, we know that many will also still be reluctant to do so.

The Scottish Episcopal Church will therefore continue to broadcast video coverage of Eucharistic services via its website, social media channels and YouTube channel.

The web page for the broadcast is www.scotland.anglican.org/ broadcast-sunday-worship

These services will be broadcast at 11am on Sunday and, in advance of the broadcast of each service, the Liturgy – the Order of Service - will be available to download from the SEC website.

There is also an 8am Children’s Chapel broadcast on Sunday mornings.

The St Vincent de Paul Ozanam Centre and STREETCONNECT/ CORNERSTONE Paisley drop-in Centre have now also suspended their activities from our church hall. If you are aware of anyone who uses that service, please do let them know.

We would like also to continue to offer what assistance we can to the vulnerable in our society so if you know of anyone in need of assistance – practical or spiritual – please reach out to us via our Facebook page - www. facebook.com/HTSBPaisley.
