Hospital visiting guidance
Visiting restrictions at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley have remained the same as the local authority remains in Level 2.
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde has released guidelines on the changes to various hospitals across the health board area as changes to covid restrictions came into force on June 5.
There is no change to hospitals in Renfrewshire and East Renfrewshire, with every patient able to have at least one visitor while they are in hospital.
Areas such as Inverclyde and West Dunbartonshire - which moved to Level 1 on Saturday - are now able to benefit from support of at least two people from the same household at the same time (or from separate households, as long as physical distancing can still be maintained). If not from the same household and physical distancing cannot be maintained, visits can take place separately.
These changes will come into effect in Renfrewshire when the area moves to Level 1.
