New home means tears of joy for Ellen

Ellen said:“The new house is more than I could ever have dreamed for. It is absolutely beautiful.”

When she moved in at first, the house, while pristine and clean, was a little barren but friends managed to salvage a couple of items of furniture from her previous flat.

She said:“The house is rapidly becoming a home. All it takes is a few bits and pieces and some tender loving care.

“It is a million miles away from my previous house, or at least the way I found it when I left hospital and returned home.

“That was simply the worst feeling in the world.

“The feeling when I walked through the front door to see all my possessions strewn across the floor was just awful but moving to this new place offers me the chance for a fresh start and it’s one that I definitely aim to take.”
