We welcome everyone to our church in the east end of Paisley.

We are an open, friendly Christian community with a wide range of members and friends.

Tomorrow, our service is at 11am and it will be led by Rev John Murning, our minister.

We are delighted to announce that, with the lifting of restrictio­ns, tea and coffee will again be served after the service.

Wednesday Worship, is at 10.45 and will also be accompanie­d by tea and coffee.

ABBEY

Glasgow Phoenix Choir will be performing in the Abbey tonight at 7.30pm in aid of Accord Hospice, which is celebratin­g its 40th anniversar­y this year. Tickets are £15 and will be available at the door.

Services for the Fourth Sunday of Easter will be 11am morning service and 4pm Choral Evensong.

At 11am, the choir will sing Schutz’s setting of the Jubilate Deo and the anthem will be My Shepherd is the Living God, by McPhee.

At 4pm, canticles will be sung to the setting in Ab, by Rubbra, and the anthem will be The Lord is my Shepherd, by Lennox Berkeley.

The Abbey and shop are now open Tuesday to Saturday from 10.30am to 2.30pm. The café remains closed for now. all are welcome.

Masks are no longer required to be worn in church, but if you prefer to wear one that’s okay.

Men’s Zone is on Wednesday from 2pm to 4pm and it’s is open to all men. It’s a time to get together to enjoy games and fellowship with some light refreshmen­ts thrown in - do come and join us.

Tomorrow, Liz Evans will lead us in worship at the usual time of 11am.

We give a warm welcome to all visitors, members and friends to this service.

Esther Ninian to lead worship on at 11am while Mhairi is on holiday.

The service will also be livestream­ed and available on our telephone service at 11am.

Tomorrow, Christine Macdonald will lead our worship at 11am.

Next Sunday will be Christian Aid Sunday and there will be envelopes for donations to this charity.

Today, our car boot sale will take place in the car park and will be open from 8am. on how Jesus is our shepherd, always watching out for us and saving us.

Our next Wednesday Eucharist service is on May 11 at 10.30am.

For those not yet comfortabl­e in attending church in person, the Scottish Episcopal Church (SEC) continues to broadcast video coverage of Eucharisti­c services via its website, social media channels and YouTube channel.

The web page for the broadcast is www.scotland.anglican.org/ broadcast-sunday-worship.

These services will be broadcast at 11am on Sundays and, in advance of the broadcast of each service, the liturgy – the order of service - will be available to download from the SEC website.

It was a successful afternoon at Renfrew Trinity Church for the annual summer fair in May 2019.

The church raised around £2,500.
