Stellar line-up for holiday weekend

Local Mod band Bit’s n Pieces are at The Bungalow tonight. It is a free gig and doors are at 7pm.

Tom Urie’s Jukebox Show makes a welcome return tomorrow afternoon. This gig is free and is usually packed out so get in early from 1pm.

The Marley Experience, the ultimate Bob Marley tribute band, is back in Paisley tomorrow, bringing you all the hit classics and singalongs like One Love, Three Little Birds, No Woman no Cry, I Shot the Sheriff and many more. Tickets will be on the door from 7pm.

Pace Youth Theatre has a fundraiser on Sunday. Join the team for a fantastic afternoon of performanc­es by some much-loved local bands as they raise funds for Exchange: a new theatre dedicated to children, young people and families.

The line-up includes MrDB, Re:Bound and El Galvarino as well as performanc­es from the members of PACE’s musical theatre company. Doors are 1pm.

Tuesday night is the Bungalow Jam Open Stage! The Jam house band will be there to entertain you and help any performers. All backline and drum kit are provided, just bring your instrument­s. Doors are at 7pm.

The Bungalow Introducin­g Night on Thursday is excited to welcome Dalmatic, Aimless Nomads and Gary’s Rainbow Shop to the stage. Pop in and find your next favourite band. Tickets will be on the door from 7pm.

Hot Love, the sound of the 70s, are at Venue tomorrow night. It is time to put on your platform boots, dig out your flares and get ready to boogie.

Tickets will be on the door from 7pm. The Keg has Graeme Kerr ‘The Loop Master’ on tonight from 9pm and tomorrow night, also at 9pm, it is Black Dog Forge.

On Monday, it is an Open Mic Night for comedians. Enjoy a night of laughter with a carefully selected line up of stand-up comedians, from first-time performers to establishe­d household names testing new material The fun starts at 7.30pm.

The Keg Sessions for original acts is at 9pm on Thursday.

The Cave has a night of glam rock tonight with Blockbusta­rz. Tickets will be on the door from 7pm. Wreckless are playing tomorrow night from 8pm. Hung Jury kicks off at 6pm on Sunday.

Keeper Lit are at The Old Swan tonight from 8pm and Abbey Road starts at 4pm tomorrow. On Sunday, Soul Sunday Club start at 4pm followed by Lemon Soul at 6pm. Gerry Kirk will be playing from 4pm on Monday, Lee James is on stage at 3pm on Tuesday and Thursday and Duncan McLellan is playing from 4pm on Wednesday.

Robbie Dale will be playing at The Tile on Sunday from 4pm and Robert McIntosh will be singing a bit of Motown and Soul on Thursday from 4pm.

Underwood Lane is playing at Kennedy’s at 3pm on Sunday and over at The Inn on the Corner from 4pm it is Rheumatoid Rockers.

The Ugly Duck will host a Garth Brooks Tribute Night tomorrow from 8pm while Small Town Sound will deliver non-stop party vibes on Sunday from 6pm.
