Find out more about the wonderful projects included in your March/April edition.

… and welcome to the March/April 2021 edition of your favourite parchment craft magazine!

Thank goodness for warmer days, well for those of us in the UK, don’t they just make things better. Also the arrival of more colour, in the form of spring flowers and even more colourful clothes in the shops. We might all really benefit from a bit of warm sunshine this year after all that's happened recently.

As always, what a selection of projects there are for you in this issue. And from all your favourite contributors using all your favourite techniques! We celebrate the arrival of spring in the air with a beautiful project featuring pretty crocus flowers from Kay James on page 22, and another with pretty baby birds from Rosalyne Rivierre on page six. Julie Roces has provided no less than two of her unique designs for you on pages 25 and 33, each plentiful in detail and simply stunning. Elsewhere there’s Easter designs, bridesmaids, bees and more! We’re sorry we can’t help tell you which to tackle first!

Don’t forget your bonus patterns! We’ve provided two to choose from in this edition. A beautiful illustration of a pretty girl on page 41, and a selection of butterflies on page 24. We can’t wait to see what you do with them!

We also welcome a new feature from Patricia Murphy who will keep everyone updated in a regular column from this issue onwards on behalf of the Academy of Independent Parchment Craft Tutors. Find out more on page 25.

Elsewhere, we take a look at some of the projects you’ve recreated at home from the magazine on page five – it is always such a highlight for us to see them, we’re so glad you enjoy them.

All that’s left for us to say is stay safe, stay strong and happy crafting!
