Best PC Manufacturer PCSpecialist

HIGHLY COMMENDED Chillblast, Cyberpower, Scan

-

Last year saw Chillblast, Scan and PCSpecialist in a three-way tie at the top of the Desktop PC charts, but this year has seen the Wakefield-based PCSpecialist edge ahead of its rivals. So what’s been the difference? “PCSpecialist were awesome,” wrote David Smith. “My gaming PC is a dream to use. Build time was moved forwards. Really can’t fault PCSpecialist and will definitely use them again.”

Curtis McKee was equally effusive. “Amazing company, saved me money,” he wrote. “[There was a] slight issue upon delivery of the system but I believe this to be caused by courier and it was very quickly resolved by PCSpecialist.”

Cyberpower leapfrogged its two British rivals, winning particular praise for its customer service. “These guys bent over backwards to help me,” wrote John Bartlett.

“[They] also helped me with upgrades after the

PC arrived. Their after service is amazing.”

Both Chillblast and Scan have equally keen advocates. “Very satisfied is not sufficient,” said Steven Wright of our rating system.

“During the pandemic crisis, Scan were brilliant. They helped me to achieve a system that is perfect for my requirements.”

Chillblast inspires just as much passionate support from its customers. “We ordered a

[Chillblast] PC from your A list,” wrote Tony

Bowes. “They constantly kept us updated on difficulties they had due to Covid (and probably some Brexit border issues) getting a component, and the speed with which the build was happening.”

Of all the international manufacturers, only Apple came close to challenging for an award, yet again indicating that if you want the best customer service when buying a PC, then it’s best to buy British.
