Car Boot Sale

The Friends of the Eastgate Theatre are holding a fundraising car boot sale from 10am until 1pm in Tesco Carpark, Peebles on Saturday, April 20. The cost is £10 per car. For further information and to book a space email ca.bruce@btinternet.com.

Craft Box

Flower Club

The next meeting of Peebles Flower Club will be held on Thursday, April 18, at 7:30pm in St Andrews Leckie Church Hall, Peebles. The demonstrator will be Pamela Galloway.

Visitors old and new are very welcome, nonmembers can pay at the door, £6. The evening will be rounded off with tea and biscuits.

Memory Café

Dementia Friendly Tweeddale Memory Café in Firholm Day Centre, Peebles, on Thursday, April 18, 2.30-4pm. Chat and Cuppa and Table Games. Crafts with Rosalie Gibson. Suggested donation £2.50. Limited car-parking, please defer to Blue Badge holders. New members welcome.

Men’s Shed

Peebles and District Men’s Shed are holding an Open Day and big rummage on Saturday, April 13 from 11am til 4pm, and Sunday 14th from 11am til 3pm.

Come along and find out what happens in the Shed, what it can do for you and as importantly, what you could do for the Shed.

And have a rummage for just the items you need to finish projects. We have all manner of workshop tools and equipment, an assortment of screws nails nuts and bolts , cabinet and door furniture and fittings, plumbing and drainage items, mirrors, a couple of jet-washers and so much more available for an appropriate donation (all electrics on ‘Spare or repair’ basis).
