PBM DUCATI BRING IN THE BIG GUNS, AND GET FIRING
PBM HAVE made a couple of their trademark ballsy moves: first signing exiled MotoGP star Scott Redding, despite having already publicly agreeing to retain Glenn Irwin for 2019. Irwin instead jumped ship to take Leon Haslam’s spot at JG Kawasaki, who in turn is partnering Johnny Rea in WSB.
The other Panigale V4 R was assumed to be on hold for Shane Byrne, pending a final judgement on his recovery, but the team announced they’d signed Josh Brookes rather than risk a vacant space in the garage, leaving Shakey to find out through the grapevine that his ride hadn’t been held open.
Scott Redding should provide some entertainment in the BSB paddock
