For the first time you can walk in the footsteps of royalty on a self-guided tour, exploring the garden at Buckingham Palace. Opening from 9 July to 19 September, the richly biodiverse grounds of Her Majesty The Queen’s official London residence include a 156-metre herbaceous border, plane trees planted by and named after Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, rose garden, the National Collection of mulberry trees, and wildflower meadow. Enjoy a picnic on one of the sweeping lawns, and views across the 3.5-acre lake and island with its collection of beehives.
