SIZE The design of the cottages within the Cottage range vary in size, so you will find the perfect fit to meet your specific requirements. The sizes range from the three-bed Aconbury cottage with a gross external area of 144 m2, to the generous four-bed Pipenwood cottage, with its 246 m2.
STRUCTURE The floorplan of each cottage comprises a central bay with a stairwell separating the kitchen/dining room on one side, and the sitting room on the other. Depending on your dream design, all six cottages can be simplified to a base aisle-framed oak structure, with less oak visible internally, or can be upscaled to a full post and beam-style frame that will provide you with a fuller oak structure.
