BY THE SEASIDE

Since childhood, I have always loved beach huts and I was delighted to read about Sandra and Simon Fowle’s hut in the August edition. Although we live in Cornwall, our home is inland so to satisfy my love of beach huts, my partner built and I furnished our very own in the garden (left). We have breakfast there every weekend and we even ask ‘Alexa’ to play sounds of the ocean to make it more authentic.
