You can find out more about Common Weal at www. allofusfirst.org and follow the local Perth and Kinross group either on Facebook or on Twitter at @commonwealpk@outlook.com Friends of Aytoun Hall The winner of the Aytoun Hall Quiz was R S Eveleigh of Marnhull in Dorset. A draw from correct returns was made on May 23 by Rhona Johnston of Tullibardine Road and witnessed by Eleanor Aitken of D and R Johnston shoe shop. 119 quiz sheets were returned, 88 of which were correct. Incorrect returns all had the same mistake of interpreting OACEMNR as ‘Cameron’. The correct answer is ‘Malcolm Canmore’; there is a poet named Malcolm Cameron, but he is Canadian and therefore inadmissible. Income from the quiz totalled £330 after prize money had been deducted.
