Members of the public interested in helping shape health and social care are being invited to vote on who they think should represent them.
Health and social care in Perth and Kinross has been undergoing changes over the last year with an integration joint board overseeing business.
On the board are volunteer public partners, with two principals and two reserves.
Ann Gourlay and Sue Cole represent users with Bernie Campbell and Maureen Summers speaking for carers.
A vote is due to take place on July 7 as the board’s influence steps up.
Candidates who have been asked to express interest will give short presentations followed by a voting process to determine the principal and reserve representatives.
These presentations will take place at PKAVS The Gateway, North Methven Street, Perth. These will be streamed to seven other venues - Atholl Centre, Pitlochry; Kinross Parish Church; Strathearn Community Campus, Crieff; Aytoun Hall, Auchterarder; Inchture Parish Church; SCYD, Blairgowrie and Birks Cinema, Aberfeldy.
Attendees at those venues will be able to vote for their preferred candidates. The successful parties will be announced that day.
Venues open at noon and streaming starts at 12.30pm.
