A Perth woman who drove a car towards a 12-year-old girl after making threats to her, will now be sentenced on November 28.
Thirty-nine-year-old Catherine Newlands, of Amulree Court, Amulree Road, was to have discovered her fate at Perth Sheriff Court this week.
But that has now been delayed until the outcome of another matter has been decided.
The accused admitted that on December 5, 2017, at Rannoch Road, Perth, she shouted and swore and threatened the youngster, who can’t be named because of her age, and drove the vehicle towards her.
A prosecution bid to have a non-harrassment order imposed on Newlands has been continued to the same date. Represented by local lawyer Linda Clark, her bail was continued meantime.
