Part exchange offer on Bridgend retirement homes
A set of retirement flats in Perth are now offering part exchange.
McCarthy and Stone’s onebedroom retirement living apartments at its Conachar Bank development on Isla Road are now being offered on part exchange.
This will allow buyers to avoid estate agents’ fees and organise their own viewings, which the developer says removes the worry and stress often associated with moving into a new property.
