Last days of art show

-

There are just a few more weeks left to see a fine art print exhibition in Aberfeldy by the artist Wilhelmina Barns-Graham.

Rhythms of Colour: Late Paintings and Prints has been on show at the Watermill Gallery since September and will end on January 27.

Wilhelmina Barns-Graham, was born in St Andrews, and went on to be recognised as one of the foremost British abstract artists working in the second half of the 20th century.

Looking at the exciting lines and bold shades coliding in this print below from the period, it’s easy to see why the Watermill’s exhibition has been named ‘Rhythms of Colour’.

This exhibition, the third organised by the Watermill Gallery features a remarkable group of paintings from this late period, which will include full-sheet works on paper.

The Watermill is open MondaySaturday, 10am – 5.30pm and Sunday 11am-5.30pm. Wilhelmina Barns-Graham work
