TREFOIL GUILD

The Lyric choir will host its spring concert which will be held in St Catharine’s church on Saturday, May 3 at 7pm. Tickets cost £6.

The next meeting of the Trefoil Guild will be hosted in St Catherine’s Centre on Wednesday, March 4 at 7.30pm. There will also be a speaker from Victim Support at the meeting.

Any former members of the Brownies, Guides or Rangers or those with an interest in Guiding will be welcome to join this friendly group.

Thanks to all who donated to this year’s Jars of Grace Appeal which raised £540.96 for Unicef. The arts class meets in the Institute on Friday mornings from 10am to noon. New members welcome. COFFEE MORNING

The annual spring coffee morning will take place on Saturday, March 14 in the church halls, Woodside.

Entrance costs: adults £3, children £1. All the usual stalls and raffle will be on offer. Proceeds to Guild projects. All welcome. church during the season of Lent.

The World Day of Prayer service will be held in Kinclaven hall next Friday, March 6 at 7pm.

Morning worship is held in Kinclaven church each Sunday at 9.45am with refreshmen­ts served in the hall after the service. All welcome.

At the meeting to be held in Craigvrack Hotel, Pitlochry on Wednesday, March 4 Karen Guthrie, the archivist at Blair Castle, will talk on ‘Treasures of the Castle.’

Members are asked to take along a raffle prize to the meeting which is due to start at 7pm.
