Angling forbreak?

NHS heroes battling the coronavirus are being invited to enjoy a day of fishing on the Tay once the crisis has passed.

Salmon Fishing Holidays Scotland has teamed up with the Newtyle Beat to offer eight NHS staff a complimentary day salmon fishing on the River Tay.

The event will take place on Saturday, August 8, although this is subject to change depending on government advice at the time.

The day includes guided salmon fishing, all tackle hire, and lunch on the riverbank. Names will go into a draw to be picked at random.
