Academy boxes up school supplies

Breadalban­e Academy has been ensuring children in the Highland Perthshire catchment have all the supplies they need to successful­ly make it through the current home schooling arrangemen­ts.

Plastic student resource boxes - which include items such as pencils, erasers, paper, pens, jotters, rulers - have been made available for nursery-S6 pupils.

The storage boxes also include a selection of sanitary supplies for female pupils who may require them.

The boxes have been placed in the following locations: Breadalban­e Academy at the Main reception doors, Co-op Aberfeldy, post office Ballinluig, Strathtay Stores, Co-op Pitlochry, post office Kenmore, Co-op Dunkeld and Tummel Bridge at the caravan site shop.

In addition, reading books for primary pupils can now been accessed at Breadalban­e Academy main entrance.

The boxes will be available during the opening hours of the location. They are being regularly restocked, but pupils are asked to only take
