Road measures

Perth and Kinross Council will be introducing two roads in the Comrie area to encourage safer active travel.

The Dalrannoch and Dalconzie road will have a temporary 40mph speed limit and will be signed as‘Cycling and Walking Friendly’.

It is hoped to encourage more people to cycle and walk and make it safer for those who already do.

The measures are being implemented as part of the successful Spaces for People application.

Work to install the necessary road signs for the 40mph speed limits has already begun and is expected to take four days to complete.
