Orange displays have a serious message

Soroptimist Jean Campbell sought help from Perthshire shops to‘orange’her part of the world, as requested by the United Nations and the shop owners rose to the challenge. Pictured here are some of the shops in Alyth and Blairgowrie which decided to place orange items in their window display to raise awareness of the UN’s 16 Days of Activism to End Violence Against Women campaign. Jean praised everybody involved for their efforts and encouraged locals to look out for other orange signals of support.
