Knife trial
Perth pensioner Donald Mackay will stand trial at the sheriff court on March 10, charged with having a knife in a city street.
The 68-year-old, of Sanda Court, North Muirton, had a preliminary hearing set for February 18.
It is alleged that he had the blade in Scott Street - and also Perth Police HQ - on October 10, 2019.
He also denied a second charge of shouting and swearing and making racial remarks in South Street, Perth, on October 9.
He had his bail continued following his court appearance.
