I would like to thank everyone who assisted my wife Edna Stewart after she fell recently in Crieff High Street.

In particular, I would like to thank the lady who very kindly phoned for the ambulance and the local postman for being a friendly face.

Very sadly, she passed away on Thursday, December 10, as a result of the fall.

I will be eternally grateful to you all for the kindness shown to her.
