Pub offered for jabs
A Perth pub has been offered up as a potential site for the COVID-19 vaccine to be administered.
James Watt, BrewDog CEO and brewery co-founder, tweeted First Minister Nicola Sturgeon on Thursday, offering his city centre pub premises as the ideal place to offer a jab at.
Mr Watt suggests that the blue-signed venues like the one in George Street could be perfect for people to visit to get the life-saving shot.
James put his plan out on Twitter saying: “Dear Matt Hancock and Nicola Sturgeon, we would like to offer our closed BrewDog venues to help with a quick roll out of the vaccine. For free. We have waiting areas, huge refrigerators, separate rooms for vaccinations and an ace team who can help organise. We want to help.’’
