Manwielded gardenfork

A 29-year-old man who brandished a weeding fork at his home had a restriction of liberty order imposed at Perth Sheriff Court.

Darren Blair, of Leadenflower Place, Crieff, will be electronically tagged and confined to his home from 7pm-7am for the next six months.

He previously admitted shouting and making offensive remarks, then wielding the gardening implement, on June 27, 2019.

A second charge of having cannabis at the Perth Police Office custody suite the same day was also admitted.

Blair had initially been put on a community payback order but that was subsequently breached.
