Crackedglass inoutburst

A man will be sentenced on January 20 after causing a disturbance at a flat in the Hillyland area of Perth.

David McArthur (29), of Den Park, Abernethy, has been ordered to appear personally at Perth Sheriff Court on that date.

He admitted that on February 2, 2020, at a house in Nimmo Avenue, Perth, he shouted, kicked a gate and struck a pane of glass, cracking it.

His bail was continued meantime.
