Manincourton heroincharges

A Perth man appeared in private at the Sheriff Court last week, charged with dealing in heroin on a city housing estate a week before Christmas.

Forty-eight-year-old William Paul Clements, of Logie Crescent, Letham, made no plea and his case was continued for further inquiries.

Represented by Perth lawyer John McLaughlin, the accused was freed on bail meantime.

It is alleged that he was concerned in the supply of the class A drug in Logie Crescent on December 18, 2020.
