A Perth man has denied dealing cannabis from his home - and an Almondbank garage.

Thirty-year-old Gary George Winton, of Gowrie Street, is set to face trial before a jury at Dundee Sheriff Court on February 8.

It is alleged that on March 4, 2019, at his home and at the Almondbank Service Station, on Perth’s Crieff Road, he was concerned in the supply of the class B drug.

A pre-trial hearing was held at Perth Sheriff Court.
