Isobel Joan Shivas (nee Alexander) fondly known as Bubbles, died peacefully, in the tender care of the staff at Muirton House Care Home, Blairgowrie, on Saturday, 16th January, 2021, beloved wife, mother, sister and friend. Much loved and dearly missed. Due to current restrictions, a private funeral will take place. Flowers warmly welcomed.
