Warrant issued

-

A warrant was issued for the arrest this week of a pensioner who pushed another female, holding a young child, backwards on a flight of stairs.

Sixty-seven-year-old Mairhi Donaldson, of Crown Place, Crieff, had been ordered to appear personally after a previous no-show at Perth Sheriff Court.

But she again failed to appear. Donald previously pled guilty to the incident which took place at her home on March 18, 2019.

She seized the victim by the neck, pushed and pulled her by the body and thereafter pushed her on the body.

That caused her to fall backwards on a flight of stairs, while holding a four-year-old child.

The accused then again seized the other woman by the neck and pinned her to the ground, all to her injury.

A background report has already been ordered.
