Particularly challenging times can throw up opportunities and it can be hugely beneficial to run new ideas past seasoned, creative and innovative business minds, in a confidential and supportive environment.

The purpose of our Ideas and Innovation Hub is to hear about business potential and to challenge and discuss your business plans and start up ideas.

We have an amazing network of enterprising local business people with a wealth of skills and experience - and the chamber is here to facilitate some robust discussion or offer a gentle guiding hand.

We can bring together individuals or a panel to explore new innovations and ideas around the way we work and how we will work in the future.

Perhaps your business model needs updating, perhaps you would like to look at maximising the return on your business property? Or maybe you have a start-up idea and would like to chat it through with someone who has succeeded with their own business.

We then work to explore and test your ideas with you and help support your endeavours.

You may be in business, new to business or still in education – everyone is welcome.

Subjects already being explored include looking at how to maximise the use of business premises to extend and flex the opening hours and offering by partnering with others.
