Tony Watt, who previously played for the Perth side, netted for the hosts that day and Clark knows he will need to be kept quiet.

Clark said: “I still speak to Tony whenever we come up against each other. He scored against us in the cup game but I don’t think he wanted to say much after the result.

“It’s always good when you come up against old team-mates. It’ll be a good game and hopefully we can keep him quiet.

“He seems to be settled at Motherwell and is back to the Tony Watt that most folk in Scottish football remember him for. That is good to see but hopefully it’s an off-day on Saturday.”
