Amateur teams set to kick-off

Perthshire amateur football teams are limbering up for the return of competitive action.

Contact sport is allowed to resume from May 17 and district cup group sections have been introduced.

Teams will compete for the Marshall Cup, North Perthshire Cup and the Perth and District Cup in the coming weeks.

The games will be played to a finish and, if level after 90 minutes, penalty kicks will decide the winner.
