The following planning applications were approved by Perth and Kinross Council during the week ending October 25:

Residential development (in principle) at land 40 metres west of Berryknowe, Hatchbank for Margaret Hutt;

S42 application to modify condition seven (open space and parkland) of permission 17/ 00886/ FLM at land 300 metres north west of Lathro Farm, Kinross for Persimmon Homes North Scotland;

Proposed employment/ business park (use classes four, five and six) and associated works ( LDP site E3) ( in principle) at land 200 metres north of Thomson Landscapes,

Inchcape Place, Perth for Perth and Kinross Council;

S42 application to remove condition three (occupancy) of permission 09/00594/FLL at site north east of Maidenplain House, Aberuthven for Donald Morton;

Extension to building to form additional play area and restaurant, formation of car parking, turning area, hardstanding and associated works at Active Kids Snaigow Rural Activities, Burnside Farm, Stanley for Ailsa Baird;

Erection of a dwellinghouse and garage with ancillary accommodation, workshop/ storage building, formation of access road and associated works at land 550 metres north west of Drumbauchly Farm, Methven for Andy and Claire Warden;

Extension to dwellinghouse at Whorlawhill, Carnbo for Norman Greer;

Erection of a dwellinghouse at Mcleods Cottage, Fortingall for Donald Riddell;

Erection of a car sales unit including offices and workshop, vehicle display areas, a wash and valet building, parking area and associated works at land 200 metres north of Perth Honda, The Triangle, Perth for Pendragon Plc;

Erection of compost storage unit and associated works at The James Hutton Institute, Errol Road, Invergowrie for The James Hutton Institute;

Change of use from aircraft hangar to motorhome storage unit (class six) (for a temporary period) at Balado Park, Milnathort for Hilton Estates.

The following planning applications were refused the same week:
