Celebrating its 17th edition next year and organised by Limelight Sports Club, early bird entries have been made available.

The event is expected to welcome up to 5,000 riders to the Highland town of Pitlochry to tackle challenging route options, taking on winding roads, treelined avenues, Lochs, mountains, and everything in between.

This will include the 55-mile route option, newly introduced in 2023, tailored for both experienced cyclists and for those looking to push their limits, which provides a third option in addition to the event’s traditional 40-mile and 85-mile routes.

Blair Atholl’s gold medallist and Olympian Eve Muirhead OBE joined thousands of cyclists from all over the UK to take part in the event for the first time in 2023, finishing the 85-mile route in five hours, 23 minutes and 50 seconds.

Eve commented afterwards: “To get the chance to do a sporting event like this in my hometown, is pretty cool and it’s something I will remember forever.”
